After long felt days of a stream of a black hole in Fortnite Battle Royale, Chapter 2 has finally begun. Since Battle Royale is also connected to the game mode, we knew that another chapter of Fortnite was going to be launched but it wasn’t expected like this.

Swimming, motorboats, a brand new XP system similar to Save the World, and sharp graphics weren’t something that nobody saw it coming, especially on mobile. Given that the current state of Fortnite Mobile is huge on iOS, the launch of Chapter 2 brought $1.8 million to Epic Games. Before Chapter 2, it was about $770,000. That is a huge increase compared to the talks claiming Fortnite to be a dead game.

Fortnite is definitely more exciting than ever with all the new features and with the new map. The new Chapter 2 path for Epic Games seems important and more features are surely on the way.

Chapter 2 Update Size

Since Fortnite Mobile is the lightest version of the game, the update for both iOS and Android is just under 1GB while Fortnite Xbox One Chapter 2 update weighs in about 20 GB. That’s obviously much less compared to the PS4 which is under 10GB and the PC is about 16GB.
